Empathetic Education Hub
By a Survivor, for Survivors.
Mokwa’s Empathetic Education hub is one-of a kind survivor-created space for those who have experienced sexual violence as children — offering a compassionate path to reclaiming autonomy, agency, and freedom.
Our community is built on the belief that healing is a deeply personal journey. Here, you can have as much companionship and care as you’d like on that path.

what sets us apart
Educator-led & Trauma Informed
For many survivors, healing spaces are either too clinical, too theoretical, or too chaotic. Mokwa’s Empathetic Education hub was created to be practical and human — a place where you learn skills that help right now, connect without pressure, and build the kind of agency that lasts.
We are committed to democratizing mental healthcare, modern sex education, and psychedelic wellness through educational empowerment — so survivors can reclaim autonomy, dignity, and choice.
Survivor-led, educator-informed. Built by a survivor who is also a licensed educator.
Shame-free sex education. Clear, inclusive, trauma-sensitive guidance.
Skills you can actually use. Not just talk about healing — practice in small, actionable steps.
Same access across tiers. Sliding scale means equality, not paywalls.
Boundaries honored. Cameras optional, anonymity allowed, consent required.
eligibility Criteria
THE SURVIVORS WE SERVE
Survivors who are a good fit:
Adults 18+ of all genders. We pride ourselves on an inclusive environment that welcomes women, men, trans, and non-binary individuals.
Experiencers of Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA) in any form. We support survivors of childhood sexual violence seeking practical tools, educational resources, and optional community.
Extended community members. We empower allies with trauma-informed education to aid in the recovery of their loved ones who have experienced CSA, including parents, sons and daughters, siblings, romantic partners, and close friends.
Survivors who may be better served elsewhere:
Survivors seeking medical advice, diagnoses, or 1:1 psychotherapy. Contact a licensed therapist, physician, or mental health professional in your area.
Individuals looking for a space to “trauma dump” without consent. Our space is consent-first. We use content warnings, opt-in rooms for sensitive material, and boundaries that protect all members.
Situations requiring immediate or emergency support. We cannot respond in real time to emergencies. Reach out to local emergency services or hotline in your region.
*Disclaimer:
If you’re in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency resources. You can return here when you’re safe.

LIVE MONTHLY PROGRAMMING
Support Circles:
Facilitated educational spaces to be witnessed, share feedback, and to ask thoughtful questions — without pressure or expectation. Think Socratic seminar with engaging, useful lessons — specifically created to address the needs of CSA survivors. Classroom style with a discussion and Q+A elements.
Example Content: Understanding the Effects of CSA and C-PTSD on the Central Nervous System
Skills Workshops:
Action-focused sessions for real life. These are not deep dives into what happened to us — they’re practical, step-by-step workshops on what to do next — especially in relationships with partners, family, friends, and providers.
Example Content: How to Thoughtfully Disclose your CSA Experience to Loved Ones
Practice Spaces:
Gentle, guided rooms to feel, regulate, and restore. Practice spaces focus on mind-body care and bottom-up processing — methods of self-soothing, nourishment, and steadiness you can return to anytime.

How scholarships work
We reserve a limited number of scholarships each year for survivors experiencing financial hardship.
Scholarships are typically granted for a set period (for example, 3–6 months) and can be renewed if needed.
You’ll receive full access to everything inside the community — no second-class tiers.
How to request one
Send a brief email sharing what brings you here, and that finances are a barrier right now.
Tell us whether a full scholarship or reduced rate would help most.
We’ll reply with next steps and a private link to join.

Short version?
When I was heartbroken, lost, and trying to find myself again, the idea of creating this space is what helped me to get up in the morning.
In my mind’s eye, I kept seeing seven-year-old me — and I knew in my heart I had to do this for her — and every other survivor like her.
It kept me alive. It gave me my fire back. And it turned me from a fighter to a lover — well, mostly…
